• Integrate with third-party platforms and services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service without notice or liability.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against users who violate these terms, including suspending or terminating accounts and reporting illegal activities to law enforcement.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and share the content
• Your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content complies with applicable laws and these Terms
• Your content does not contain confidential or proprietary information

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by Rilibay and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without explicit permission.

payment 6. Payment, Subscriptions, and Merchant of Record

Merchant of Record: All payments for subscriptions to the Rilifi Service are processed through our authorized Merchant of Record (MoR), Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). When you purchase a subscription, you are purchasing directly from Paddle, who acts as the seller of record. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions, which you should review before purchasing.

Subscription Plans: Rilifi offers various subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Features and limits depend on the selected plan.

Billing and Renewals: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) as specified during purchase via Paddle. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. Renewals will be charged by Paddle using the payment method on file.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription plan prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance, typically with at least 30 days' notice, and will take effect only upon your next renewal.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings within the Rilifi Service or potentially via Paddle's subscription management tools (paddle.net). Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current paid billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as outlined below or as required by law.

Refunds (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee): We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first-ever subscription payment to Rilifi. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only once per customer and only to the initial subscription payment, not to renewals or subsequent purchases. Refund requests should generally be directed to Paddle's support channels (paddle.net) initially, as they handle the transaction processing.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk regarding data security.

warning 8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Rilibay SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and all associated data, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
